The Knoxville Latin Mass Community (KLMC) is incorporated and registered with the state of Tennessee as a non-profit organization and is approved under IRS section 501(c)(3) for receipt of tax-deductible contributions. The members of the KLMC Board of Directors are Henry Edwards (President), Howard Hendershott (Vice President), Joshua Jakubowski (Secretary-Treasurer), Kendra Dowlatshahi, and Jan Johnsson.

The general purpose of the KLMC is to promote, support, sustain, and foster the growth and practice of the extraordinary form of the Roman rite (the traditional Latin Mass) in Knoxville and surrounding areas of East Tennessee.

In particular, the KLMC currently provides financial support for sacred music at Latin Masses, liturgical vestments for priests and altar servers, missalettes and Mass leaflets, and all altar furnishings and supplies used for the celebration of the Latin Mass at Holy Ghost Church in Knoxville.
